It's not Aussie owner's cafe.
The owners are Japanese who have gentle hearts and amazing ideas^^
They produce very warm atmosphere.
Their products are mostly handcrafted^^
Coffee beans " Morgan's " are nicely used there.

Making coffee, toasting foods, making presentation to customers, thinking of better marketing.

Lots of customer ( 95% Aussie people, 5% Japanese friends ) say " we've been waiting for new cafe around here "
