Simply cooked!!! Weekend dinner

Oooops !!!

I know it's already in May today....

Actually I supposed to post in April.

Because I started to draft it last week. 

But on the way writing,,,,,my home wifi had got a trouble.

So,

We needed to change a new broadband company.

Then,

We contracted a new one and waited for a new modem in 3 days...

Meant,

No network for 3 days....><

Although I got an i-phone, hahaha...

It was a bit slow whenever I tried to write something here.

Well,

About " Simply cooked weekend dinner " 

In fact, I love to collect various kinds of seasoning at home.

Salt, pepper, honey, olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, seasoning mix powder cheese, and so on .....

I'm just interested in discovering dishes by those ones.

Wanna taste beautiful combination on the plate.

Even simple cooked,

Just amazing.

So

On last weekend, I got a truffle salt with Sonoma sourdough and Bangalow Cheese triple cream

With pork chops  ^^

I just fried meat and used the truffle salt simply.

Fried onion n bean sprout on the side& vegetable soup

It was really nice combination !!!

Could felt freshly harvested French Black Truffle from soft salt.

I wanna highly recommend it to you !!!
