My favorite style is " flat white " which is a shot of espresso in a ceramic cup with textured milk poured on top.
So,
Why is it called " Flat White " ?
Because this drink is not full to the top and the textured milk doesn't have much froth than latte.
Actually flat white is an Australian invention.
I've got to know when I came here in Australia 3 years ago ;-)
