I regularly drink a herbal tea for health.
Especially I love a wattleseed tea among many sorts of native herbal teas.
Although there are as many opinions (preference) as there are people^^
I knew it would work for the low glycemic control because I heard from my friend.
But I have no idea what else.
So I searched for a wattleseed using the internet.
Wow !!!
The Wikipedia says that "Wattleseed is a term used to describe the edible seeds from around 120 species of Australian Acacia were traditionally used as food by Australian Aborigines.
Acacia seed flour has recently gained popularity in Australia due to its high nutritional content, hardiness, availability, and low toxicity".
I see !
That's why I haven't got any trouble in my body since I started having 4 months ago.
My favorite combination is " Wattleseed barley&cinnamon tea " with a teaspoon of unheated honey " Tea Tree "
