I like sweets.
I can't stop having dessert especially in the afternoon.
I know the sugarless eating is effective for losing weight.
In fact, my close friend has succeeded 6kg diet by sugar - control and exercise.
But sometimes I can hear my body's voice"please give me sugar ---- !"
OK, alright.
I can do for you because it gets rid of my fatigue.
Today it was windy and a bit cold.
So I baked some Portuguese tartes for afternoon tea and went out with them.
(Freshly they are my favorite ones. Maybe I've ever done more than 5 times.)
Hummmm ... Today's were scored 70/100.
The puff pastry wasn't soft than I expected, the custard was nice and sweet, satisfied taste.
I had them with take away strong flat white.
Unfortunately, that coffee was awful ...
That's ok.. It happens to a cafe in Food court.
Anyway, that sugar has worked^^
